Analisis Kesiapan Karyawan terhadap Implementasi Perubahan di PT PLN Persero UP3 Nias

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan karyawan dalam menghadapi perubahan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Nias, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi selama proses perubahan, serta mengeksplorasi peran kesiapan karyawan dalam mengatasi dampak perubahan di lingkungan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap tiga informan kunci, yaitu Asisten Manajer Konstruksi dan Jaringan, Asisten Manajer Keuangan dan Umum, serta TL Pemeliharaan. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja, pelatihan yang komprehensif, dan dukungan manajemen yang berkelanjutan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi mencakup kurangnya informasi awal yang memadai, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta tantangan dari faktor eksternal seperti perubahan regulasi dan kondisi lingkungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kesiapan karyawan yang didukung oleh pelatihan berkelanjutan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan dukungan manajemen yang kuat merupakan kunci untuk mengelola perubahan dengan sukses dan menjaga kelancaran operasional di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Nias.
