Pemberdayaan Masyarakat untuk Meningkatkan Perekonomian Keluarga Desa Onozitoli Sifaoroasi Kota Gunungsitoli

Penelitian ini mengungkap strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Onozitoli Sifaoroasi, Kecamatan Gunungsitoli, dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian fokus pada analisis deskriptif untuk memahami strategi pemberdayaan tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan perangkat desa dan masyarakat desa, serta pengamatan langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun telah ada upaya dalam pemberdayaan, masih terdapat kendala dalam implementasi strategi tersebut. Kendala tersebut termasuk minimnya anggaran dan sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, serta kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam pengembangan kelembagaan kelompok. Selain itu, distribusi bantuan modal usaha belum optimal, dan pengembangan usaha produktif terhambat oleh minimnya kemampuan teknologi dan kurangnya motivasi. Informasi yang tepat juga sulit diakses, terutama akibat pemadaman listrik yang sering terjadi. Meskipun demikian, upaya pemerintah Desa Onozitoli Sifaoroasi telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan dalam implementasi strategi pemberdayaan untuk mencapai pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.
