Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Nias

Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Nias. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, serta melibatkan tujuh responden. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk pemilihan informan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, diikuti dengan analisis menggunakan model interaktif. Triangulasi diterapkan untuk memperkuat keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi positif pegawai terhadap gaya kepemimpinan di organisasi, yang mencakup aspek kharismatik, persuasif, motivatif, partisipatif, dan inovatif. Gaya kepemimpinan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung di mana pegawai merasa dihargai dan didukung. Selain itu, keselarasan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan nilai-nilai organisasi ditemukan mempengaruhi motivasi kerja pegawai secara positif. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap tantangan dan hambatan dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan, seperti perbedaan individu pegawai, kurangnya keterampilan kepemimpinan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan atau gaya kepemimpinan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang fleksibel dan adaptif, serta pengembangan kepemimpinan yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, yang mencakup visi yang jelas, mendengarkan kebutuhan pegawai, dan memastikan keadilan dalam perlakuan, dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai secara signifikan.
