Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan di Kantor KPU Kota Gunungsitoli. Dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 30 karyawan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur berdasarkan skala Likert. Variabel independen, budaya organisasi, mencakup indikator-indikator seperti kepemimpinan, disiplin, keterlibatan karyawan, dan komunikasi. Variabel dependen, kepuasan kerja, mencakup kompensasi yang adil, penempatan kerja sesuai dengan keahlian, intensitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, peralatan yang mendukung, sikap kepemimpinan, dan pekerjaan yang monoton. Analisis melalui korelasi product moment Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,400, melebihi nilai kritis 0,304 pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi menyumbang 16% dari varians dalam kepuasan kerja, yang mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor lain di luar cakupan penelitian ini mempengaruhi 84% sisanya. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi dampak penting dari budaya organisasi yang mendukung terhadap tingkat kepuasan karyawan dan menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan moral dan produktivitas karyawan. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memperluas variabel-variabel yang ada dengan memasukkan kebijakan kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kondisi ekonomi eksternal untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja.
