Agile Human Resources: Memanfaatkan Agilitas untuk Mendorong Kesuksesan Organisasi

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif implementasi Agile HR dalam perusahaan dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilannya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan fokus pada studi literatur untuk melakukan analisis. Agile HR, yang menawarkan pendekatan adaptif dan responsif dalam menghadapi lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis, telah dibuktikan efektif dalam meningkatkan performa organisasi. Keuntungan utama dari Agile HR mencakup peningkatan fleksibilitas, kecepatan, dan kemampuan adaptasi organisasi. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Agile dalam fungsi Sumber Daya Manusia, organisasi dapat memperoleh efisiensi, fleksibilitas, dan adaptabilitas yang lebih tinggi, yang penting untuk kesuksesan jangka panjang dalam kompetisi global. Selain itu, Agile HR mengusulkan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dalam manajemen kinerja, dengan penekanan pada umpan balik kontinu. Pengembangan kemampuan dan pelatihan karyawan juga merupakan area fokus dalam Agile HR, serta pembangunan budaya kerja yang mendukung kolaborasi dan inovasi sebagai elemen penting.
