Analisis penerapan manajemen talenta di Hotel Soliga Kota Gunungsitoli

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana manajemen talenta dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan kualitas layanan di Hotel Soliga Gunungsitoli, khususnya di departemen front office. Fokus utama adalah pada pengembangan, retensi, dan pengembangan karyawan dalam konteks menyediakan layanan yang unggul kepada tamu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi, dengan partisipan yang terdiri dari owner, tim manajemen, dan karyawan hotel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles et al., dengan keabsahan data diperkuat melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hotel Soliga menerapkan strategi manajemen talenta yang efektif, meliputi rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan yang ketat, pelatihan dan pengembangan terus menerus, serta penilaian kinerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan terpadu dalam pengembangan karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Strategi manajemen talenta yang efektif, termasuk seleksi dan rekrutmen yang fokus pada kualitas, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan penilaian kinerja, merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan bisnis.
